As for utilities, the house is fully equipped with all necessary infrastructure for electricity, water and plumbing. Neither the electricity nor water are currently connected to the house. The matter of electricity is in the process of being resolved and will be financially taken care of by the seller, hopefully by April 2021 at the latest. As for water, Vir island has started connecting island households to the main water line and as of writing, we are patiently waiting for our turn to be connected. If absolutely necessary, the house does have a water well that can be used to provide water to the entire house. It should be noted that such water is not good to drink, but is perfectly fine for washing, cleaning and bathing.

The house is located no more than 150 m from the nearest beaches (three of them in total), as well as seaside bars and restaurants. Such position allows for easy and quick access to the beach for a quick (or not so quick) swim while still being far enough from all the tourist hotspots to ensure peace and quiet. The house is also very close to the island center, as it takes only 15 minutes by foot or merely 5 minutes by car.
