We are selling organic hazelnut plantations with an area of 112.50 ha, ecological mother plantations and nurseries with an area of 18.75 ha, walnut plantations with an area of 0.60 ha and 9.08 ha of meadows and arable land, which is a total of 140.93 ha of agricultural land. The plots of land are grouped into two larger production units, which can be reached by road and field roads. The average age of the organic hazelnut plantation is 5 years and it contains approximately 57,000 trees of the Istrian oblong, Rimski and Tonda Gentile varieties. Ecological mother plantations and nurseries enable the production of up to 500,000 seedlings per year. The nurseries are irrigated by sprinkling from an artificial lake with a capacity of 4,000 m3.
In addition to the agricultural land, a storage/production area of 900m2 and a greenhouse of 240m2 are for sale. The offer also includes 27 agricultural machines and attachments (from the same manufacturers DEUTZ-FAHR, Facma, Rinieri, F.lli Annovi, ...) and a VW GV Transporter van for transporting 9 people.
The ecological hazelnut plantation, together with the mother plantations and nurseries, is second in size and production capacity in the Republic of Croatia.
